•    The self-powered regulating valve relies on the pressure and temperature flowing through the medium itself as the energy to drive the valve automatically, and does not need external power supply and secondary instrumentation. Also known as self-supporting control valve.

      The self-powered pressure regulating valve can work in an electric and gas-free place without additional energy, which is convenient and energy-saving. The pressure subsection range is fine and cross each other, and the adjustment precision is high. Pressure setting values can be set continuously during operation. The ratio of pre-valve pressure to post-valve pressure can be 10:1-10:8 for the regulation of post-valve pressure. Rubber diaphragm type detection, high accuracy of the actuator, sensitive action. Pressure balancing mechanism is adopted to make the control valve sensitive and precise.

    Installation emphasis

    1. When valves are used in gas or low-viscosity liquid medium, ZZY self-operated pressure regulating valves are usually installed vertically on horizontal pipes, and are reversed or inclined only when position space is not allowed.
    2. In order to facilitate on-site maintenance and operation, appropriate space should be left around the pressure regulating valve.
    3. When the medium is clean gas or liquid, the pre-valve filter can not be installed.
    4. If the diameter of the pressure regulating valve is too large (DN > 100), there should be a fixed bracket. When confirming that the medium is clean, Part 3 can not be installed.
    5. The bypass valve (manual) can be omitted when the position is really not allowed (we do not recommend it).
    6. Users can choose check valves, safety valves and so on after the valve group.
    7. When valve is used in steam or high viscous liquid medium, ZZY self-operated pressure regulating valve is usually installed upside down on the horizontal pipe, and the condenser (self-operated steam) should be higher than the actuator of the pressure regulating valve and lower than the nozzle before and after the valve. Before use, the condenser should be filled with cold water, and after about 3 months.
